Car Repair Cost helps drivers understand what a repair is likely to cost before they approve it. We publish typical U.S. price ranges for common body and collision repairs, explain what moves the price, and show how to read a body shop quote line by line.

Who publishes this site

The site is published by Obzena LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Obzena LLC also makes the Car Repair Cost mobile app, which estimates repair costs from a photo of the damage.

This is a commercial site: it exists partly to introduce the app, and the app is a paid product with in-app subscriptions. We keep the two separate where it matters — price ranges on this site come from the reference data described on How we estimate, not from the app's output, and we do not accept payment from body shops, insurers or parts sellers for placement or ranking.

What this site is not

• It is not a repair shop and does not inspect vehicles.
• A range on this site is not a quote. Your car, your area and the hidden damage behind a panel can put the real price outside the typical range.
