These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Car Repair Cost app for iOS and Android (“Car Repair Cost”, “the app”, listed on the App Store and on Google Play as “Car Repair Cost: AI Estimator”), published by Obzena LLC, 30 N Gould St #45213, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Apple Standard EULA”). If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. The service

Car Repair Cost lets you photograph vehicle damage, a dashboard warning light or a repair quote, add optional vehicle details and an approximate location, and receive an AI-generated estimate: the repairs that may be needed, typical parts and labor, and an approximate price range for your area. You can save estimates as reports and keep a garage of your vehicles. Price ranges are statistical approximations based on typical market rates; they are not offers, quotes or guarantees from us or from any repair shop, and we do not sell repairs or parts.

2. Subscription and billing

Using Car Repair Cost requires an active Car Repair Cost Premium auto-renewable subscription. Premium does not include a trial period. The following options are offered:

The price and length of each plan are shown in the app before you purchase. Prices may differ by country and currency; the price shown in the app at the time of purchase applies.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device, or in your Apple Account settings in the App Store. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Canceling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. No refunds are given for the unused part of a period, except where required by law.
• Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• If we change a subscription price, Apple will notify you in advance as required by its rules, and you can cancel before the new price applies.
• Use “Restore Purchases” in the app to recover an active subscription on a new device signed in to the same Apple Account.

Android app (Google Play). On Android, subscriptions are sold and billed by Google Play instead of Apple:

• Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase, and renewals are charged by Google Play under the same automatic renewal terms described above.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in the Google Play app under Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions, or at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refund requests are handled by Google Play under its refund policy.
• Use “Restore” in the app to recover an active subscription on a new device signed in to the same Google account.

Section 3 applies only to the iOS app; your use of the Android app is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.

To protect the service, fair-use limits may apply to the number of estimates in a period. They are set well above normal personal use.

3. Apple Standard EULA (iOS app)

Your license to use the app is governed by the Apple Standard EULA; these Terms add to it. If they conflict, the Apple Standard EULA controls to the extent of the conflict. You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Obzena LLC only, not Apple; that Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, maintenance, support, warranties or any claims relating to it; and that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

4. Acceptable use and safety

You agree not to:

• use the app while driving or in any situation where it could distract you or put you or others at risk;
• use the app for any unlawful purpose, including insurance fraud or misrepresenting damage to anyone;
• photograph other people, their documents or their property without permission;
• reverse engineer, scrape, overload or interfere with the app or its backend, or bypass App Check, fair-use limits or the subscription;
• present an estimate as a professional appraisal, an insurance assessment, or a statement or quote by Obzena LLC or by any repair shop.

5. Your content

You keep all rights to the photos and text you submit. You give us a limited license to process them, including through our service providers described in the Privacy Policy, only to provide and secure the service. You confirm that you have the right to submit them.

6. Intellectual property

The app, its design, text, graphics and software belong to Obzena LLC or its licensors. Vehicle makes, models, brands and logos that appear in your photos or estimates belong to their respective owners; their appearance does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by them.

7. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app and all estimates are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that an estimate is correct or complete, that a repair will cost a particular amount, that a vehicle is safe to drive, or that the app will be uninterrupted or without errors. Any decision about repairing, buying, selling, insuring or driving a vehicle, and any choice of repair shop, is yours alone.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Obzena LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on an estimate, including repair costs that differ from an estimate, vehicle damage, or decisions you make based on the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of them may not apply to you; nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time and ask us to delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service. Sections that by their nature should survive (for example disclaimers and limitation of liability) survive termination.

10. Governing law, changes and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country of residence gives you mandatory consumer protections. We may update these Terms; the current version is always on this page with the date at the top, and continued use after an update means you accept it.
